Free Of Charge For Children Age Below 16

I would like to give my special attention to the kids as it’s easy to enhance their natural born talents to a higher level at a young age. Being patient and guiding them to improve their skills is my main focus without giving them any heavy weight or pressure. It takes special techniques and skills to work with kids to enhance their sporting abilities to another level which I intend to follow to all the kids who are willing to join my training program.

 

To be a better sports person you need a lot of discipline and teach them how to absorb pressure at a younger age. Many athletes’ who have gone through this process have accomplished success and have become icons as sportspersons. This is my mission to all the kids who are willing to learn with me and guide them to be future Olympians. With a background of a village boy to represent my country on an international level has given me a lot of experience and I’m willing to share my knowledge with new updated techniques which are suitable for the younger generation. With wrong guidance and techniques you can ruin a future sprinter or sportsperson career. Which can be a big loss to our country as he or she could be another champion who could bring glory to our mother land. So my main intention is to build their mind and body of children in my training programs to be champions.

JUNIOR KIDS BELOW AGE 16 TRAINING PROGRAM

Kids are more active and with the right training they can enhance their limits and see the dedication growing day by day to winning positions, once they feel they are improving and achieving targets. Without proper guidance you see many kids who are talented in sports waste their talents and tend to give up once they feel they are losing. That’s my target for kids to motivate them with proper training and guidance to not to give up, but to achieve. For this I’m willing to share my knowledge in my sporting career to enhance their abilities to be better sports persons to bring glory to our country. For this I willingly provide my service free of charge to any kid as I’m so glad to share my knowledge with any children who have talents and who have the ambition to be future champions. When I was a kid my coaches shared their knowledge and trained me free of charge without hesitation. So I want to carry out the same tradition to help the younger generation to build their skills and make them future champions to our country. We need more and more talented kids to get experience and create them to be future Olympians is my ultimate goal.

 

With a balanced diet and correct exercises my main training program is focused on children. Pressuring kids at young age and trying to push them to do impossible is not my technique as knowing and studying kids ability before training them and enhance their ability is my way of moving them forward

 

For school children my main focus will be on track events such as 100m, 200m, 400m , 800m and relay plus hurdling events. Enhancing Talented children who have been selected from schools sports in charge are my main targets as my ultimate goal is to guide them to a winning position in their sporting career. I like to carry out my training without interfering with their studies, building their skill level to higher, improving their timings and performance. My teachings are more focused on improving them to international standards so that they will get the knowledge and training to be locally and international stars one day.

ADULT EXERCISE PROGRAM

You’ve heard it time and again: physical activity and exercise are good for you, and you should aim to make them part of your routine. There are countless studies that prove the important health benefits associated with exercise, and it becomes more important as we age. Regular physical activity helps improve mental and physical health, both of which will help you maintain your independence as you age which can enhance mobility, flexibility, and balance of an adult person as they age.

 

So my training program targets these key areas of helping those who need to be physically fit and healthy. All my exercises are based on using a person’s own body weight and physical activities as running and walking. So providing good training is my main goal in adults and enhances their health and physical appearance. My training program is invalid with new techniques and I’m willing to make all adults improve their muscle strength as flexibility.

ADULT TRAINING PROGRAM

The category of adults, my main training program is targeted on to their physical body strengthening and inner body health. Regular physical activity and participation in sports are good for your body, which reduces the risk that you’ll develop high blood pressure, heart disease, colon cancer and diabetes, obesity and overweight etc. Sport psychologists can help you overcome problems in your body, enhance your performance and achieve your goals to look fabulous and healthy. My program targets this and it’s 100% effective on adults if they are willing to dedicate and follow my instructions.

 

My Training program changed according to age limits.

 

Running and walking are the main exercises mostly used for my training program, especially using their own body weights. But if someone requires weight training, I can guide them with a schedule according to their body and ability. Following are my main course of training which includes

Cardio Training

Crossfit Training

Power Training

I also specialize in training sports teams such as cricket, rugby, football and team sports that require speed and stamina. My main focus on them are speed, (maintaining the speed when required and how to save energy) and stamina (to endure pressure and body strength). These two can be very according to each player in a team and my focus is uplift each and every one to one limit. This will bring the team to a winning position as 65% of teams performance depends on this limit. Balance 35% is calculation of players experience, technical knowledge, skills and talents. So using modern techniques to my training program to enhance their performance is a key area which I’m using for teams.
